Location: Grantham – minimum of 2 days a week in the office; candidate needs to be flexible depending on demands of the role.
Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours per week.
Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 depending on experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Design professional, polished presentations for internal and external use.
* Translate raw documents and data into structured slide decks.
* Improve content flow, clarity and visual hierarchy.
* Develop and maintain branded templates and slide libraries.
* Support conference and event presentation production.
* Work directly with senior stakeholders.
* Manage multiple requests and deadlines efficiently.
What You’ll Bring
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Canva or similar presentation tools.
* Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
* Impeccable attention to detail.
* Ability to simplify complex information.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work at pace.
* Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
You should:
* Be proactive, solutions‑focused and calm under pressure.
* Have strong visual judgement.
* Be comfortable owning deliverables.
* Be able to challenge unclear briefs constructively.
