Our technology is used by large businesses around the world to increase revenue and improve operating efficiency. As part of our expansion plans, we are recruiting for a full-time project manager. You should live in the UK with the right to work. You will be working remote from home but will be required on occasion to join company or team meetings in person.
The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Product Manager to lead the development of innovative products and solutions. In this role, you will define product vision, prioritize features, and focus on solving real user problems. You will not be responsible for project execution or resource management but will work closely with project, technical and business teams to shape what gets built and why.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
· Define product requirements and user stories with a focus on business value and usability.
· Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, technical input, and business goals.
· Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on product goals and delivery outcomes.
· Validate product ideas and features through user feedback, usability testing, and data insights.
· Monitor product usage and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.
· Act as the voice of the customer and ensure the product delivers meaningful value in real-world environments.
Essential Skills:
· 3+ years of experience in product management within the IT, software, or technology industry.
· Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, cloud platforms, or enterprise IT environments.
· Experience translating customer needs and business objectives into actionable product plans.
· Comfortable working with technical stakeholders to assess feasibility and guide product trade-offs.
· Familiarity with tools like Wrike, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
· Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, alignment, and outcome-driven collaboration.
Nice-to-have Skills
· Experience with B2B or enterprise-grade IT solutions.
· Understanding of UX principles and how they apply to IT products and interfaces.
· Technical fluency that allows for productive discussions with engineers and IT professionals
· Any additional language (French, Italian, Spanish, …)
