We are looking for enthusiastic Bar Tender on a full-time basis, 45 hours per week - shift work is essential as well as the expectation to work weekends & bank holidays. Salary up to £29,741.40 per annum plus tips. As a member of the bar team you will be part of a Team of Food & Beverage service professionals supporting tables service at dinner and assisting on the bar during special events and functions. Whilst experience within a quality Food & Beverage outlets is desirable, a passion for excellence, a can do attitude and a willingness to learn is essential. Various hours available. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies as necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices. Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. A team player with a passion for providing exceptional service in the restaurant industry.
