Our client, a family-owned business specializing in fabrication and engineering, is currently seeking two Trainee Pipe Fitters to join their growing team based near Andover.

About The Role
As a Trainee Pipe Fitter, you will support senior team members and gain valuable experience in:
* Threaded pipework installation
* Interpreting engineering assembly and fabrication drawings
* Preparing materials for fabrication
* Mechanical fit-up of welded pipework
* Conducting pressure testing
* Spray painting and finishing
* Preparing manufacturing documentation
* Performing inspections and reviewing certifications
What We're Looking For
* GCSEs (Grade 5 or above) in Maths and English (essential)
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A friendly, respectful, and professional attitude
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Job Details
* Location: Andover
* Duration: 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
* Rate: £12.21 per hour (basic rate)
