Job Title: Chef de Partie
Pay Rate: £17.00 - £17.23 per hour
Location: Flamingo Land Resort, Malton
Duration: Adhoc basis
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Flamingo Land Resort. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef to work in a fast-paced, vibrant environment on an adhoc basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operations.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Work efficiently across different kitchen sections as required.
Assist in managing stock, deliveries, and waste control.
Uphold consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and within a team.
Flexibility to work on an adhoc basis, including weekends and evenings.
