OB are partnering with a world-class wellness and fitness brand to hire a Lead AI Engineer who will own and ship high-impact AI across a global, consumer-facing platform. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll build real products, not prototypes and directly influence AI strategy at scale.
What you’ll do
* Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions used by millions of consumers
* Build and integrate intelligence components, APIs and production‑grade ML systems
* Partner closely with product and engineering to embed AI across the platform
* Shape the long‑term AI roadmap for a fast‑growing global brand
What you’ll bring
* 9–10+ years in AI/ML or advanced software engineering
* Strong quantitative foundation (Maths, Physics, Engineering, or similar)
* Exceptional coding ability with proven production delivery
* Experience integrating AI into live consumer products
* B2C background preferred (e‑commerce, hospitality, consumer tech)
