Due to the level of this kitchen you will require a high level kitchen background working with fresh food to at least a 1AA Rosette standard, applicants without this background cant be considered due to the skill level required.
The elegant interior is modern in design and the large windows create a bright, open dining room.

* Have a background working within fast-paced, fresh food kitchens
* Effectively managing and running the kitchen alongside the current Head Chef, whilst also ensuring that the kitchen meets all food safety laws
