We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on a six month temporary basis, with the opportunity of temp to perm. This Tier 1 contractor traditionally specialises in large scale, high spec projects in excess of £300M on a nationwide basis for private and framework clients. The role of Document Controller will be based primarily in their head office in Hampshire with occasional site visits required.
Responsibilities for Document Controller
* Responsible for overseeing all project documentation and ensuring it is filed correctly in line with company protocol
* Assist both clients and stakeholders with relevant CDE training when required
* Continuous maintenance and management of systems throughout the duration of the projects including archiving, running reports and ensuring the latest version is available
Requirements for Document Controller
* Previous experience using document management system Dalux is essential
* Relevant experience working on large scale projects within the construction industry
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
