Overview
Progress and Destination Tutor role at Colchester Institute. 37 hours per week over 38 weeks term time. You will collaborate with curriculum and teaching staff to provide tailored support that empowers students to thrive, helping them progress through their programme, gain vital skills, and reach next steps in further education, training, or employment.
You will lead weekly group tutorials, adapt content to tutor groups, and deliver topics that align with course and career goals. You will also support a personal caseload of students, tracking attendance, identifying those at risk, and providing focused guidance to help them reach their potential. Flexibility is key, with work across one or more curriculum areas as needed.
