You will play a key role in helping the store maintain performance and meet sales targets. As new products are introduced, you will build your knowledge to handle every type of customer enquiry and ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
As the face of H. Samuel, you will reflect our brand, culture and customers. We expect you to demonstrate a business‑casual dress code that celebrates individual style, including tattoos, piercings and personal fashion.
Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences. Interest in jewellery products and brands, even without prior jewellery experience. A positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude and natural ability to strike up conversations with a diverse range of customers.
