We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process across our school catering services.
Responsibilities
* To work with Recruiting Manager to create vacancies and post adverts on our HR Information System, iTrent and social media platforms.
* To support managers through the recruitment process, as required.
* To carry out pre-employment checks for successful candidates in line with the 'Keeping Children Safe In Education' legislation. This includes DBS checks, references etc.
* To ensure that candidate files meet the correct standard to prior to transfer to payroll.
* To respond to Manager, Applicant and Candidate queries in a timely and accurate manner.
* To attend jobs fairs and recruitment activities, as required.
Qualifications
* Experience in recruitment coordination or a similar HR support role.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iTrent experience desirable but not essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Proactive, organised, and detail oriented.
