My client is a leading supplier of survey equipment and construction engineering products & services used by engineering professionals on construction, civil engineering, infrastructure and rail projects nationwide.
The Sales Manager Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective management of the sales team and developing strategic relationships with key clients. You will oversee the sales process from initiation to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
4. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
5. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales management within the construction or engineering sector.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
