About the Practice/Department/Team

We have a strong team ethos and believe that including those delivering the service in decisions around how the service works are key to the best patient outcomes so actively engage with all parts of the surgery to achieve this.

We have created a supportive environment through clinical supervision, team and quality meetings and an open and honest working relationship across our team.

We continue to invest in the training and development of our clinical teams and recognise the importance of personal as well as organisational development.

As a PCN we like to undertake projects to improve both patient and staff experience and enjoy supporting local and national charitable events and regular social events.

An opportunity has arisen for an Paramedic(ECP) to work within the PCN team.

What you will do

The purpose of the Paramedic (ECP) is to deliver safe, high quality primary care services to the practice population. Working within the NMC Code of Conduct and professional boundaries, the post holder will deliver primary health care interventions and care.

The post holder will support service development, the safe delivery of policy and procedures, and demonstrate effective professional standards, advocacy and performance.

We provide the potential to develop skills in line with the needs of the business and your personal interests.

Essential Criteria

* RGM or Paramedic Qualification
* Current registration with the NMC or HCPC
* Working at or working towards a master's level or equivalent that encompasses the four pillars of clinical practice, leadership and management, education, and research, with demonstration of core capabilities and area specific clinical competencies
* Can work autonomously in an independent and advanced Healthcare role
* Experience of clinical oversight and triage
