We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Case Progressor to join our Client Services team and help deliver an outstanding experience to some of our most valued clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, case handling, conveyancing support, or legal services who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships, and taking ownership of more complex client queries. In this role, you’ll work closely with a portfolio of key clients, acting as a dedicated point of contact when cases need additional attention. You’ll investigate issues, coordinate with clients, customers, and suppliers, and ensure cases are progressed efficiently with minimal disruption. You’ll also support colleagues by sharing your knowledge and helping to improve the way we work, making this an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise and grow your career within tmGroup. What you’ll do Take ownership of more complex and escalated client cases, managing them through to resolution in line with agreed service levels. Build strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients and provide proactive updates on case progress. Investigate and resolve issues by working closely with clients, customers, and suppliers. Communicate confidently by phone, email, and online meetings. Support larger or more detailed search projects, including preparing quotes where required. Share your knowledge and provide day-to-day guidance to Client Advisors. Assist with client onboarding, training, and meetings when needed. Contribute ideas to improve systems, processes, and ways of working. Maintain accurate records and ensure issues and complaints are handled in line with company procedures. About you Experience in customer service, case handling, conveyancing support, legal services, or a similar fast-paced professional services environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to take ownership of issues. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Well organised, with the ability to manage your workload and priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to resolving issues. A positive and professional attitude, with a willingness to support colleagues. Experience in conveyancing searches or property-related services would be an advantage, but is not essential.
