Sales management
Passing on the targets set by management to the team and ensuring that they focus on the indicators set (turnover, customer loyalty, UPT, AUR, ATV, sell-through, service...)
Helping to implement any corrective measures required to increase sales (merchandising, stock, CRM, team motivation…)
Assisting in setting up the clienteling strategy to build a high-quality customer portfolio and identify high-potential customers
Personnel management/staff development
All personnel management tasks (planning, dealing with conduct issues and decline in performance...)
Helping to assess the performance of a new member of staff
Playing a proactive role in developing employees' skills and identifying and cultivating talents
Coaching and training teams
Administrative management
Opening and closing the concession, monitoring cash flow, managing deliveries
Organising and conducting annual and rolling stock-takes
Helping to monitor and coordinate general services (maintenance, cleaning, repairs in the store, ordering of supplies...)
