Product Manager – Technical B2B Products
We are supporting an ambitious organisation in the speciality chemicals and advanced materials sector, with group revenues of around £90M. With strong global operations and clear growth ambitions, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of one of its core product areas.
This is a strategic role, central to the company’s future growth, offering the chance to shape product direction, market positioning, and commercial performance across a wide range of B2B applications across verticals such as Aerospace, Medical and Bespoke Engineered Solutions.
The Role
* Take full ownership of a product portfolio, driving both strategy and execution.
* Lead on product marketing, positioning, and customer messaging to maximise market impact.
* Develop product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and commercial goals.
* Work closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership to deliver growth.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
The Person
* Background in managing technical B2B products (not limited to chemicals or materials).
* Strong grounding in product marketing — able to craft compelling propositions, go-to-market strategies, and customer messaging.
* Commercially minded, with experience translating customer needs and market insight into product success.
* Confident communicator who can collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
