It’s an exciting time to join the Digital team here at AXA Health. A significant investment is planned to transform and deliver new digital services, streamline and automate business processes, and develop a Single Digital Platform based on Salesforce, .NET, Azure services, and React.
What you’ll be doing:
* You will act as a line manager, supervising and guiding a team of test engineers, sharing best practices in manual test execution and exploratory testing in complex end‑to‑end environments on our Salesforce platform.
* You will oversee testing activities within a team that delivers frequent code deployments and business value to production environments.
* You will be hands‑on, uplifting existing capabilities with a focus on test automation.
* Responsibility for leading the technical design, implementation and maintenance of test automation projects within a CI/CD environment.
What you’ll bring:
* Hands‑on experience with Salesforce testing, including a leadership or senior SDET role.
* Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
* Expertise using test automation frameworks and tools to design and implement test automation suites.
* Experience with Provar or Copado Robotics Testing (CRT) is advantageous.
* Experience with load testing and the ability to evidence and report results.
* Extensive experience in manual testing approaches; automation is crucial but effective manual testing skills are required.
* Proven experience implementing process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
