Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
4. Direct responsibility for theaccountmanagement of specified categories on theWoolworthsAccount and achievement of the NSV, Trade Investment and Gross Return targets
5. Key areas of focus include building the relationship betweenWoolworths& Kraft Heinz,developingand executing joint sales and marketing plans that deliver a win for the Consumer,Categoryand the Customer
6. Customer focused, the NAM will need to build strong relationships multiple touch points withinWoolworthsincluding Category Managers, Heads of Trade, Category Planning andDemand
7. Achieve Sales & profit targets while managingtrade spendin line with targets
8. Build Customer plans that are integrated with the Brand plans and deliver a benefit for the Consumer, Category, Customer and Kraft Heinz
9. Deliver insight led category workshops and category reviews
10. Optimisetrade spendinvestment for the greatest Gross Return
11. Negotiating promotional program including deals, frequency, display, cataloguesupportand retail mediaactivation
12. Executing tailored NPD launch plans
13. Build and own the 12-monthforecast based on scan trends andmanagediscrepancies with theWoolworthsdemand forecast
What you'll bring:
14. Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer
15. Preferableto have experience working withWoolworths
16. Demonstrated account management and/or category management knowledge and experience
17. Strong negotiation skills and financial skills
18. Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
