Operations Manager
We are seeking an Operations Manager fluent in Chinese and experienced in providing high quality care through massage or a similar service trade. This role requires strong communication skills, basic human anatomy knowledge, and the ability to handle pressure while maintaining mental resilience.
* Fluent in Chinese to communicate with Chinese clients.
* Good communication skills to handle workers and customers.
* Good basic knowledge of human anatomy.
* Can work under pressure.
* Strong mental capability.
* Working hours: 8–10 hours a day, 6 days a week (12pm–10pm).
* Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends.
* Salary: $3,000–$5,000 per month.
Qualifications
* At least 3–4 years in a massage establishment or related service trade.
* Fluent in Chinese.
* Able to read and write in English.
