We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Analyst to join our People Team on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will play a key part in strengthening our people insight capability, supporting informed decision-making across the business through high-quality reporting, analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting directly into our People Director, and collaborating closely with all functions of our People team and senior stakeholders, you will support the design, production and continuous improvement of people data, reports and dashboards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful insight and influencing outcomes through evidence-based analysis.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and offers flexible working, with options for remote or hybrid working depending on location and business need.

We believe great work starts with trust and flexibility. We support hybrid, part-time and flexible working patterns, empowering our people to balance their work and personal lives. With offices across the UK, we’re open to discussing working arrangements that work for you.

You will be responsible for:

* Reviewing, designing and producing a suite of people reports to an agreed schedule.
* Engaging with stakeholders through interviews and discussions to understand data requirements and identify value-added insight for their areas.
* Producing weekly pulse reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency and clear narrative.
* Working closely with Case Managers to analyse Employee Relations data, interfacing with Croner and internal case management systems.
* Support in identifying cost efficiency opportunities and underlying trends within ER data, producing quarterly trend reports by account.
* Support in driving compliance with people metrics by sharing monthly analysis and status updates at account level.
* Supporting in the design and production of monthly reporting for key strategic projects and programmes.
* Delivering ad-hoc data projects, for example relating to absence management and workforce trends.
* Support in developing and producing standardised HRPP packs for use in monthly business partnering meetings.
* Carrying out detailed analysis and producing presentations to support strategic projects and key people processes, including the annual talent review.

We want to hear from you if you are:

* An experienced HR Analyst or People Analyst, or someone in a data-focused HR role looking to deepen their analytical expertise.
* Highly competent in working with HR data, reporting and dashboards, with strong attention to detail.
* Confident in analysing complex data sets and translating insight into clear, practical recommendations.
* Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels to understand requirements and challenge thinking.
* Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple reporting deadlines and competing priorities.
* Experienced in using HR systems and databases (e.g. ER case management systems, HRIS), with advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting or visualisation tools is desirable.

We welcome applications from a diverse range of candidates.

If you have most but not all these skills and experiences, we encourage you to apply, as we may be able to offer development or training to support you.
