Job Purpose
The Assessment Delivery Officer is responsible for ensuring the integrity, fairness, and regulatory compliance of admissions, entry, and preparatory assessment activities across the College. The postholder delivers admissions and entry-related assessments in line with approved requirements, manages the delivery environment, and ensures compliance, consistency, and integrity of assessment processes.
Key Responsibilities
•\tDeliver presentations and assessments to applicants.
•\tConduct admissions compliance and application checks at relevant stages.
•\tMaintain and improve assessment processes.
•\tReview documentation and identify, report, and log suspicious submissions or activity.
•\tMaintain accurate and auditable admissions records.
•\tIdentify, record, and escalate admissions-related risks or non-compliance.
•\tSupport regulatory returns, audits, and reviews.
•\tAct as Assessment Compliance Officer safeguarding academic integrity and learner welfare.
•\tEnsure full compliance with approved procedures and regulatory standards.
•\tVerify identity checks and key compliance controls.
•\tProduce concise post-session compliance reports.
•\tMaintain systems for tracking compliance evidence.
•\tContribute to risk management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
•\tWork collaboratively across admissions, academic, and professional services teams.
•\tMaintain independence, impartiality, confidentiality, and professional boundaries at all times.
Knowledge & Experience:
•\tDegree (2:1 or above) or equivalent relevant professional experience.
•\tExperience working within regulated or controlled processes.
•\tExperience delivering assessments, teaching, training, or structured sessions.
•\tExperience managing controlled delivery environments.
•\tExperience conducting application checks or compliance verification.
•\tExperience producing written records suitable for audit purposes.
•\tUnderstanding of fairness, integrity, and confidentiality in admissions processes.
