Location: Banbury
Salary: £12.71/h
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join our client's friendly and supportive team in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their customer service and administrative skills within a busy office environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to both new and existing customers.
* Liaise with colleagues to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
* Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
Requirements
1. Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Confident and professional telephone manner.
