School Receptionist - Secondary School | Bolton £90-£100 per day | Immediate Start Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming and well-established Secondary School in Bolton that is seeking an experienced School Receptionist to join their front office team as soon as possible. This is a busy, varied role that sits at the heart of the school. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff and pupils, and will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school's reception and administrative functions. This is essential due to the systems, safeguarding procedures and pace of a secondary school environment. The Role As School Receptionist, your responsibilities will include: Welcoming visitors and ensuring safeguarding and sign-in procedures are followed Managing a busy reception area and answering incoming calls professionally Handling parent and pupil enquiries with discretion and efficiency Admin support including attendance, data entry and general school administration Liaising with staff, senior leaders and external agencies Supporting the smooth running of the school day in a fast-paced environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous experience working in a school or education setting (essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A calm, professional manner and the ability to multitask Strong organisational and IT skills A clear understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality What's on Offer Daily pay rate of £90-£100, depending on experience Immediate start (ASAP) Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant at Tradewind Recruitment Opportunity to work within a supportive secondary school environment How to Apply If you meet the criteria and are available to start immediately, we would love to hear from you.
