Due to further expansion, we are looking to appoint a Subject Specialist Teaching Assistant - Careers. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills and experience. With a passion for delivering quality learning, you will be working closely with the teachers and support staff to enhance the promotion and development of the subject across the provision.
Responsibilities
* As a Subject Specialist Teaching Assistant focused on Careers Support, you’ll help learners thrive both in the classroom and beyond. You’ll deliver tailored learning and career programmes, support work placements through employer partnerships, and provide ongoing guidance to learners. You’ll play a key role in their academic and professional development.
* This is an ideal position for an experienced teaching assistant or someone with aspirations of teaching in the future. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the teacher to plan and deliver outstanding learning opportunities for students at the school taking into consideration their interests and academic levels.
