We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Civil Engineer to join our Dams and Reservoirs team. You will work in a multidisciplinary team preparing feasibility studies, calculations, and detailed civil engineering designs; produce technical and commercial specifications, drawings and schedules; and carry out site supervision duties. You will build strong relationships with clients and contractors to enhance the company’s reputation and secure future work.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
* Leading small to medium dam safety projects and bids, collaborating with experts in geotechnical engineering, hydraulic structures, risk assessment and other specialties.
* Representing the company in technical and consortia meetings.
* Driving knowledge‑sharing and innovation through training and empowerment.
* Mentoring and developing junior staff; providing guidance to support professional development.
* Promoting a vibrant health and safety culture and practice.
* Driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 5–7 years’ relevant experience in dam and/or river engineering, including design and construction management.
• Demonstrated technical capability in geotechnical, hydraulic and structural aspects of dam and reservoir projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, supervise junior staff and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting to senior client and consortium groups.
