A leading global travel company is on the lookout for a Deputy General Manager to take the reins in their Northern hub - someone ready to lead from the front, bring fresh thinking, and make a real impact on people, clients, and the business as a whole.
Based in their Bradford office, this is a hands-on leadership role - not from behind a desk, but right in the heart of the action. You'll work closely with the General Manager to steer operations, support and stretch a team of talented professionals, and drive service excellence across the board.
You won't just be keeping things ticking over - you'll be rethinking how they're done. From automating processes to reimagining how clients experience travel, you'll have the freedom to bring smart ideas to life. You'll be trusted to lead high-stakes bids, build long-term partnerships with clients, and make sure teams are not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them.
