Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a PSRB Compliance Administrator to join the Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing.
This faculty works with several regulatory bodies. The External Partnerships Professional Services team supports academic staff, applicants, students, partners, and external regulatory organizations to ensure compliance with requirements related to Professional Statutory Regulatory bodies disciplines, including (but not limited to) Nursing, Allied Health, Midwifery, Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Sport, Psychology, Public Health, and Education.
Ensuring compliance with university, faculty, and Professional Statutory and Regulatory Bodies requirements is essential for maintaining ongoing external regulatory approval for our courses.
Qualifications and Skills
* Educated to A level standard or equivalent qualifications.
* Demonstrable administration experience with high standards of literacy and numeracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
* Knowledge and experience of working within regulatory frameworks to meet internal and external requirements and deadlines.
* Understanding of Disclosure and Barring Service regulations.
* Ability to work sensitively and maintain confidentiality.
* Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team objectives.
* Previous experience working with a student information system.
* Excellent customer service skills supporting staff, students, and regulatory requirements.
