Brilliant solutions need brilliant people. You will be involved with:
* Design and delivery of Target Operating models (TOMs)
* Mapping and documenting processes from 'as-is' to 'to-be' to support the provision of services in a variety of locations across multiple activities
* Creating business plans and business cases for change projects
* PMO and project management activities, producing RAID logs and managing risks to timelines and budgets
* Process-mapping and analysis, leading to process improvements
* Organising and enabling workshops for stakeholders to gather business requirements, leading to the creation of Functional requirement specifications
* Managing client relationships and contributing to sales initiatives
In order to do this, it is likely that you will have advanced project/programme management, business analysis or management consulting experience and possess some or all the following skills and attributes:
Work experience in change and transformation, likely to have been gained from a consultancy or the internal change department of a large, complex banking or financial Services organisation
* Strong analytical skills and experience of data analysis and process mapping
* Proven track record of implementing and managing change
* Strong communication skills, and the confidence to liaise with a variety of stakeholders with differing priorities
* Ability to understand the bigger picture within a large corporate environment
* Experience of leading a team, setting and managing objectives and personal development plans
