Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our processes. This position requires a hands-on approach and a willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
Duties
* Stripping out bathrooms and kitchens on a daily basis as part of our on going planned kitchen and bathroom upgrade programme.
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to meet targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective teamwork.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
