Location: North London
Salary: £36,468 - £50,145 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract until September 2026.
Responsibilities
* Maintain responsibility for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.
* Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards.
* Undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks.
* Carry out major void inspections and ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3
* Member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB
