About Our Client

Job Description

3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
5. Log, escalate and manage complaints in accordance with internal policies
6. Provide product and service information to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
7. Assist in billing inquiries and payment processing to ensure accurate customer accounts.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
9. Monitor and report on customer service performance metrics.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Executive should have:

11. Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a similar industry.
12. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
13. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
15. A proactive approach to handling customer concerns and queries.
