As Executive Assistant, you will be the trusted right hand to Jon Slade, ENSEK’s CEO, enabling focus on strategic priorities through flawless planning, communication, and follow through. You will run the CEO’s operating rhythm - calendar, meetings, information flow, and stakeholder engagement, and partner closely with the Chief of Staff to drive leadership cadence, board preparation, and executive accountability. Key Responsibilities :- CEO Operating Rhythm · Own end-to-end calendar strategy for the CEO: prioritisation, gatekeeping, and proactive scenario planning to maximise time on company priorities. · Prepare the CEO for all interactions (ELT, Board, key customers, investors): briefings, agendas, pre -reads, talking points, and clear decision logs. · Coordinate travel and logistics for CEO and broader ELT ; manage expenses and approvals with discretion and accuracy. Leadership & Board Cadence · Coordinate ELT, Leadership Board and Executive Board cycles (agendas, materials, distribution, minutes, actions), working closely with the Chief of Staff; ensure inputs are timely, consistent, and high quality. Stakeholder Management & Communications · Act as a high credibility interface to senior internal and external stakeholders (Directors, EAs, customers, partners, investors), ensuring professional, timely responses and immaculate document handling. · Draft and refine executive communications (emails, memos, updates) in the CEO’s voice; maintain confidentiality at all times. Information Flow & Execution · Maintain a well structured “Executive Office” hub for documents, meeting artefacts, and workflows; implement simple SLAs for responses and approvals. Outcomes & Measures of Success · Time on priorities: A measurable increase in CEO time spent on strategic agenda vs. reactive or administrative tasks. · Leadership rhythm health: ELT/Board materials delivered “first time right,” on schedule; actions closed within agreed SLAs. · Stakeholder satisfaction: Positive feedback from ELT, Board Directors and key external counterparts; prompt, accurate correspondence. Qualifications & Experience · Significant experience as EA to a CEO or C - suite leader in a high growth, complex environment (scaleup, SaaS or energy sector advantageous ). · Demonstrated experience preparing Board and Exec- level materials, running executive meeting cycles, and coordinating across multiple senior stakeholders. · Advanced proficiency across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel); exceptional written and verbal communication.
