A role you will love As an Investor Engagement Team Associate, you will support the London Investor Engagement Team across day‑to‑day business activities, live client projects, and desk‑based research. The role is a blend of investor communications and research/analysis, ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people just as much as working with data. Key responsibilities include: Contacting institutional investors (email and phone) as an information agent for proxy voting and corporate action events, ensuring all responses are captured accurately in internal databases. Handling multichannel communication (inbound/outbound/email) to explain campaign details during AGM/EGM and M&A projects. Collecting, validating, and analysing Investor Intelligence from investor voting policies, stewardship documents, external vendors, and internal sources. Inputting all intelligence into our proprietary platforms to support client reporting. Supporting the creation of client reports (PowerPoint/Word) and maintaining structured progress tracking in Excel. Contributing ideas to improve reporting layouts, processes, templates, and day‑to‑day deliverables. Participating in regular progress reviews with the Head of Investor Engagement and Investor Engagement Team Lead. This role offers significant exposure to the corporate governance and asset manager landscape, making it a fantastic stepping stone for someone wanting to grow their career in investor relations, governance, sustainability, or advisory space. What you will bring to the role Excellent verbal communication skills in English (essential), with the ability to confidently engage with investors. Additional language skills are desirable (native level is an advantage). Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in corporate governance, shareholder engagement, and investor behaviour. A proactive approach, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Law. Strong skills in PowerPoint and Word, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data tracking). Experience with SharePoint is beneficial.
