Deputy Manager Role:
As Deputy Manager, youll use your life skills and leadership abilities to make a real difference every day. Responsibilities include:
Building positive relationships with young people and safeguarding their welfare
Supervising staff, leading shifts, creating rotas, and running team meetings
Supporting education and placement plans
Ensuring all policies, procedures, and risk assessments are up to date
Providing guidance and support to the wider staff team

Deputy Manager Criteria:
Aged 22 years or over (Ofsted requirement)
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
At least 2 years experience in residential childcare, supporting young people
A valid manual driving licence
