Ainscough Crane Hire is looking for a proactive QHSE Co-Ordinator to join our Head Office team in Standish. The role

This is a varied role where you’ll help maintain our QHSE systems, support reporting processes, coordinate audits and accreditations, and provide vital administrative support to the wider QHSE function.

You’ll be working closely with teams across the business to ensure our safety, quality and compliance standards remain industry-leading.

Key responsibilities include:

11. Maintaining and updating our Integrated Management System (IMS)
12. Monitoring accident, incident and near miss reporting
13. Producing QHSE reports for management and board meetings
14. Collating monthly regional QHSE data
15. Supporting internal and external audits
16. Managing company accreditations and certifications
17. Coordinating compliance documentation and questionnaires
18. Managing reporting systems including AssessNet and Power BI uploads
19. Supporting property compliance inspections and testing
20. Assisting with QHSE input for commercial bids and tenders
21. Processing invoices and purchase orders
22. Reviewing supply chain pre-approval submissions
23. Acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day QHSE queries across the business
24. Supporting Head Office facilities compliance
25. Acting as First Aider and Fire Marshal for Head Office

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to develop their career within QHSE.

You’ll ideally have:

26. IOSH Managing Safely and/or ISO Internal Auditor qualification (training can be provided for the right candidate)
27. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
28. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
29. Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
30. The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
31. A collaborative, team-focused approach
32. A genuine interest in developing within the QHSE field
