We're looking for a high performing individual to help shape delivery of outcomes across the West Midlands. As our Environment Planning and Engagement (EPE) Manager you will lead our Executive Coordination Management team and a high-quality Communication and Engagement service for the West Midlands Area and our customers. You will be focused on the day-to-day running of our business ensuring we make the best use of our resources; understand how we’re delivering our priorities and can demonstrate we’re efficient and effective.
This role is fundamental to our whole Area Leadership Team, helping to drive integrations across our remit and our West Midlands culture. As responding to incidents is a central part of what we do, you will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment and full training and alternative working arrangements will be available to support you with your incident role.
The team: This is a leadership role so you’ll be an active and visible member of the Area Leadership Team (ALT) inside and outside the organisation. You’ll role model our leadership behaviours and help to create an inclusive environment where people can be their best. The successful candidate will work closely with all ALT across the wide range of issues within our remit as well as taking responsibility for their own particular remit.

Location
This role can be based at any one of our West Midlands office locations – Birmingham, Tewkesbury, Shrewsbury, Kidderminster, Lichfield or Stafford.
