Job Summary:
We are currently looking to hire an Absence and Time Administrator to be part of the HR Shared Services team on a Fixed Term contract initially for 12 months with a possibility of going permanent. Reporting to the Time & Attendance Team Leader, you will be responsible for processing and administering the monthly and weekly Time and attendance submissions across the gategroup businesses in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Process and maintain absence records and balances for all New Hires / Leavers / Job Changes accurately e.g., number of hours, reasons, etc. in Workday
2. Manage all related incoming and outgoing communication
3. Review audit reports to ensure data accuracy.
4. Create required reports accurately in a timely manner
5. Provide advice to employees and managers in relation to all aspects of Absence & Time??
6. Ensure Absence and time procedures and policiesare adhered to at all
7. Assist in providing training to new managers and unit administrators.
8. Update and create SOP’s, User Guides, etc.
9. Gain a comprehensive understanding of Workday and how all modules integrate e.g. HCM, Time, Absence, Payroll
10. Raise Workday tickets and action full system testing
11. Support month end processes for data readiness to Payroll
