* Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
* Innovate & Optimize: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
* Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
* Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
* Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!
✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Previous and practical experience managing a team, either within the transport/logistics sector or in another operational environment; experience as a Transport Supervisor or Team Leader is highly desirable
* Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
* Strong Communication skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Microsoft office package experience – essential
