Role Summary
Key responsibilities
* Manage all inbound leads and channels to maximise results and sales success
* Make outbound calls to present the company, services and proposals
* Handle onboarding of new clients
* Keep accurate records and contact schedules using the CRM system
* Review profitability and operational capacity to identify areas of focus and opportunity for growth
* Help to coordinate marketing input

* Monitor trade levels to protect business and increase trade
What We Are Looking For
This is a role that requires an enthusiastic, organised and positive approach. You should have great communication skills, with an engaging manner that will help guide clients and prospective clients in their assessments of, and use of services. You will have an outgoing and confident personality, underpinned by integrity that will help to promote The Collect Group.
Sales experience is essential, strong organisational skills are a given, and confidence with margins and figures is vital.
