What You'll Be Doing
* Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
* Providing HR advice and guidance to the management team
* Organising and coordinating training where needed
* Attending meetings as the HR representative
* Supporting strategy to maintain a positive workplace culture
* Assisting with Investors in People and Real Living Wage accreditation renewals
* Promoting company values
* Keeping up to date with changes to employment law and legislation
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Previous experience in an HR role
* CIPD Level 3
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and equal opportunities legislation
* Proactive approach to personal and professional development
* Ability to manage your own workload
