Duties and responsibilities include: Oversee the Fund Administrator to meet deadlines and ensure accurate and timely investor and regulatory reporting, including performing a detailed review of their work and reconciliations to internal accounts Oversee the valuation of interests in third party investment vehicles Development, preparation and internal and external reporting of performance attribution Ongoing process improvement and automation of existing processes Preparation of internal and external reporting as well as performance analysis, investor, regulatory and compliance reporting Preparation of projections for third party vehicles and business unit Contribution to Board materials Coordination of annual audit and regulatory filings Participate on and contribute materials for investor presentations, pitches and operational due diligence processes Represent the company with investors and third party service partners including auditors, banks and regulators Work closely with Internal PartnerRe stakeholders including Legal & Compliance, Retro Finance, Retro Operations, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Projects as required Qualifications About you: Recognized professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience in accounting for reinsurance contracts and fund accounting Proven experience in process improvement Minimum 8 years post qualification experience working in or with institutional investment management/funds or in insurance/reinsurance.
