Accounts Assistant (AAT or equivalent). £26k - £29k DOE. 36.25-hour working week, Monday to Friday.

Role
An exciting opportunity to work for one of the Top 50+50 Accountancy Practices that truly value their employees. The role involves working with a set of clients and assisting with all areas of accounts, including:
* Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
* Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
* Providing bookkeeping and management accounting services.
* Filing Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs documents on behalf of clients.
* Preparing financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders up to the audit threshold.
* Adhering to internal policies, procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Performing general administrative duties to support Partners, Managers, and the office.
* Maintaining and updating client accounting records.
Candidates should be either AAT part-qualified or qualified through experience, with a proven track record. Ideally, you will have worked in an accountancy practice, be organized with an eye for detail, client-focused, confident at engaging with all levels, and possess a positive attitude.
