Kellogg College, Oxford University's largest graduate college is seeking a personable and friendly Hub Barista, who will be serving customers in our Hub Café, answering queries and responding to customer feedback.
The role
The Hub Barista will work in cohesion with members of the team, ensuring stock levels are maintained and equipment is kept in good working order. You will be responsible for ensuring that food safety and health and safety legislations are complied with. You will be customer facing, preparing orders and serving a wide variety of customers, from members of college to the wider public.
This role is part time (24 hours per week), on an annualised hours basis.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic hub barista with:
* Experience of providing good customer service, identifying customer needs and finding ways to meet them
* Level 1 in food safety and preparation qualifications, or similar experience
* Ability to work as part of, and contribute towards the work of, a team as well as being able to work independently, using your own initiative.
