The role Reporting to the Head of Service, you will lead the People Systems & MI Team to deliver a proactive, reliable and effective end-user focused service to internal stakeholders and the business. Our People Strategy commits to a programme of continuous improvement for our People systems. As part of this, you’ll be expected to lead on proposing/reviewing, designing and implementing process improvements to support more efficient processes and ways of working for our colleagues. You’ll be based at one of our main offices in either Sittingbourne, Croydon or Farringdon, with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager. What you need to have : Strong experience of managing a team in a HR/People environment Significant experience of working with and expert knowledge of Zellis HCM Cloud (ResourceLink) Experience of managing a system improvement programme Substantial experience of building standard HR/People-related data sets as well as more complex KPI or statutory-related reports with trend analysis.
