We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team based in Solihull.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-value, complex construction projects. You'll oversee project teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is an opportunity to make a real impact whilst supporting and developing others.
Responsibilities
* Leading projects from tender stage through to successful completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
* Managing and mentoring site teams, providing guidance and support to help them perform at their best
* Building excellent working relationships with clients, acting as their key point of contact
* Overseeing project budgets, programmes, and performance, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
* Identifying solutions to technical and logistical challenges, ensuring quality standards are met
Qualifications
* You have substantial experience leading high-value construction projects from pre-construction to delivery
* You're skilled at managing project budgets, programmes, and teams effectively
* You have strong communication skills and can build collaborative relationships at all levels
* You possess expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions
* You hold a relevant construction qualification (degree level or equivalent) and professional membership (e.g. CIOB/ICE)
