Just like you. As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be cool, calm and collected, engaging both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, inspire colleagues, and take ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, leading by example to support your team.
What you'll do
* Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers
* Independently manage the store during the Store Manager's absence
* Lead and inspire the team using our Leadership & Company Principles
* Manage deliveries, tills, and monitor KPIs
* Provide excellent customer service and handle queries
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
What you'll need
* Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Confidence to support your team during shifts
* Commitment to outstanding customer service
* Ability to monitor and improve KPIs
