We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our Team in Ashers Bakery. Duties are as follows:-
* Payroll
* Banking
* Weekly sales figures
* Liaise with suppliers and customers
* Collating daily stock ordering/returns for shops
* Wholesale and internet whisky cake orders
* Organising weekend specials
* Admin ordering
* Various other office duties and social media coverage
Qualifications
* Preferably proficient in Sage, Merit, payroll systems
* Strong typing and data entry skills
* Previous administrative and clerical experience
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Well-organized with strong organizational abilities
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
The position will be Mon-Fri and 1 in every 4th Saturday. Weekly hours are 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
