Haart Estate Agents in Plymouth is looking for a trainee Lettings Negotiator. The role offers a comprehensive training programme, ongoing mentorship, and a performance‐based remuneration structure.
Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential tenants.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate offers.
* Agree new tenancies.
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor.
Training & Development
* Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.
* Purpose‑built training location with industry‑leading one‑to‑one and group sessions.
* Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts.
* Fully‑paid hotel stay, breakfast, lunch, and evening meals during training.

* £28,000 OTE per year.
