We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
* Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to all relevant protocols and guidelines.
* Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and medication administration.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the appropriate medical staff.
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the clinical environment.
Requirements
* Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and care decisions.
* Proven experience in medication administration with a focus on patient safety.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in independent practice.
