We are looking for an experienced
Area Sales Manager
to take ownership of a key territory in the
South Central
.
This role is a mix of account management and business development across a range of customers, including distributors, buying groups (UKPS, NBG, City Plumbing, Travis Perkins, MKM), and independent mid-to-high-end bathroom showrooms. This opportunity will suit someone with previous industry experience, capable of managing diary/day plans, who knows the client base and wants to take a region and turn it around.
Region
: Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and Sussex
The Opportunity:

What We're Looking For:
* Proven field sales experience in the bathroom, KBB, or interiors industry
* Strong self-management and organisational skills – someone proactive, not reactive
* A mix of commercial awareness, product passion, and relationship-building ability
* Confident in managing both volume accounts and premium retail clients
* Motivated by results and excited by the opportunity to grow a region from the ground up
Salary
: Competitive + Bonus (Paid Quarterly & Annually) - OTE 60K + Hybrid Car + Benefits
